By utilizing implants to stabilize dentures we were able to provide this patient with a smile that he can be proud of. He does not have to worry about movement in his dentures when he laughs, smiles, or eats. The implants help the denture snap into place to provide the stability he desired. Look at how natural his smile appears!

Today was my first visit to Dr Thomas, and what a terrific experience. Everyone was friendly and pleasant, from the woman at the front desk when I walked in until the woman who checked me out. I absolutely loved my hygienist Meghan, she was so thorough and efficient. Dr Thomas was very knowledgeable and quite skillful in her examination. Almost makes me look forward to my next visit, my teeth feel so clean! Great dental practice!
Very prompt service, lovely conversations with Dr. Bettina Thomas and Tiffany. Thorough exam and cleaning plus letting me know what I can expect as I age. I was done in less than an hour, fastest time ever.
The doctors and staff at Thomas, Thomas and Holwick have always been great to work with. It’s nice to have a continuous relationship with a dental practice. Our family has been has come here many years and they have seen our children through college. The whole team is very personable, they know who you are, and provide fantastic dental care.
I despise going to the dentist, however, this time I saw Nancy. She was very gentle and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. She explained every step before she took the x-rays and photos. She also asked me to breathe through my nose which also helped me relax.. Dr. Holwick explained the difference between an extraction and a root canal which made it easier to make a decision between the two procedures. Afterward , Nancy took her time to discuss the procedures and we talked about teeth whitening . Thank you Nancy and Dr. Holwick!
The staff was as friendly as can be. Nothing was painful and their service was excellent. Very satisfied with my visit. Highly recommend to others.
My dental visits are conducted with the utmost care. My dental hygienist asked questions and was concerned with any discomfort I might experience. She worked hard to make sure my visit was as comfortable as possible. I am thankful for the caring staff and dentists.

I’m not one to take the time to write reviews but Dr Thomas’ office has been a God send for me. Years ago I had an issue with a front tooth that I lost. Almost 8 years ago Dr Thomas did every thing needed start to finish to make sure it looks like a natural tooth. I can’t even tell which tooth it is all these years later in pictures. Not only that, but almost a decade later when i has an issue with the tooth he brought me in immediately and calmed my nerves and now it is perfect just as before. There is not a better dentist in staff in Hampton Roads.
Amazing place to get dental work done. They value long term patients (like me) and new patients. Their services are beyond professional and they treat you like a friend. Also, they are very active with the community around them, an all-around amazing place and experience.
